First up, you need to get good at asking, you cant help, if you don’t know what someone needs help with.
Use words such as: who, why, what, where, when and how.
Next: Go for no, continue to offer additional services or products, until you reach a no. This is a great way to offer more value, and build in more transaction fees to your products.
A great tip, is to watch their eyes, when they blink, you have reached the price threshold.
Ask for referrals: 91% of customers state they would provide a referral, yet only 11% of people actually ask. Be sure you are asking for referrals, I personal like to ask for 5, if you get 5 thats a bonus.
And most importantly, don’t forget ask for the business.
Over 60% of people never actually ask for the business, generally they ask for feedback, and ask things like ‘How does that sound’?
Don’t wait for them to ask, don’t skate around it, just simply ask ‘Have they seen enough to make a decision’
Use these three tips, and watch how your business grows strength to strength.
