Our life simply doesn’t change overnight however change is happening regardless, things are in a constant state of change and because of this, often changes in our daily habits go unnoticed. These little tweaks (Sometimes unintentionally) add up to a huge change over time.
This is why it’s vitally important to spend each day living our best life, to live a life you created. How you spend your days is how you spend your life, do you just get by, do you just do enough, or do you fully embrace each day and live life on purpose?
Most people set new goals at the start of each year and often never revisit them until the same time a year later, who do you think is more likely to achieve their goals. the person who sets them once a year and revisits them once or twice, or the person who lives by them daily, who looks at them several times every day?
Exactly, the one who is completely immersed in them will have a much better chance of achieving them, and if they don’t, you can bet your last pound they will have achieved much more.

To help you out, here are a few tips for mastering your goal-setting process:
Effective goals have the following components.
No. 1 – They must be believable.
No. 2 – There must be something that you can act upon.
No. 3 – They must be inspiring.
Once you have the following components aligned, you need to add these four things to make them as powerful as possible.
Here are four things that you must do when you’re setting effective goals.
No. 1 – Evaluate and reflect
No. 2 – Decide what you want
No. 3 – Be smart
No. 4 – Have some form of accountability.
And finally, you must get accountability, simply saying to yourself that you’re going to do this doesn’t always hold the true power to succeed, when somebody else knows about the goals they help to hold you accountable.
