Laura always had a vivid imagination. Unfortunately (!) she was also considered ‘quite bright’ at school and was persuaded (well corralled) into taking academic and science subjects instead of being allowed to focus on the creative.
Following years of admin and management roles, she finally called time out and in 2015 she’d had enough and opted for redundancy, determined to follow her passion and write a book.
