This quote by Christian D. Larson is all about self-belief and the power of the human spirit. 

It encourages us to have faith in ourselves and in our abilities to overcome any obstacle that we might face in life.

At times, we may feel like we are not capable of achieving our goals, or that the obstacles in our way are too great to overcome. 

This quote reminds us that we have a strength within us that is greater than any challenge we might encounter.

By believing in ourselves and our potential, we can tap into this inner strength and use it to propel us forward towards our goals. 

With perseverance, determination, and a positive mindset, we can conquer any obstacle and achieve the success we desire.

In essence, this quote is a call to action for us to trust in our own abilities, have confidence in our potential, and never give up on our dreams, no matter how difficult the path may seem.

🧪 The formula for success

If you look at anyone who has achieved great success in their lives, businesses or careers, you will see they have also used this same five-step process that I will share with you, even if they’re NOT fully aware that they followed this process. 

Here is the five-step process to help you achieve your goals:

Step 1: Decide what you want

The first step is to identify what you want to achieve. 

What are your goals? Be specific and write them down.

Step 2: Take action

The second step is to take determined action towards achieving your goals. Break down your goals into smaller, manageable steps and take action on them every day. 

What action steps can you take to start your own business?

Step 3: Notice what’s working and what’s not

The third step is to pay attention to the results you are getting and adjust your approach accordingly. 

What results are you getting from your actions towards your goals?

Step 4: Change your approach

The fourth step is to be willing to change your approach if something isn’t working. 

What new ideas or approaches can you try to create a solid business plan?

Step 5: Celebrate your victories

The final step is to celebrate your successes along the way. Recognise your progress and use it as motivation to continue towards your ultimate goal. 

What successes have you had so far?

Take some time to work on these steps. 

If you change nothing, nothing changes.

To achieve success, it’s crucial to have a clear understanding of what you want. That’s why the first step of the success formula is to ‘Decide what you want’.

For this week’s actionable step, focus on building clarity around what you want to achieve, to do that:

Ask yourself-

What do I want to achieve? 

Why is this important to me? 

How will my life be different when I achieve this?

Here’s a breakdown for each of these questions:

1. What do I want to achieve?
This question helps you define your goal in specific terms. It’s important to be as clear and concise as possible when answering this question, so that you know exactly what you’re working towards.

2. Why is this important to me?
Understanding your motivation for achieving your goal is key to staying motivated and focused throughout the process. By understanding why this goal is important to you, you can tap into that motivation when you’re feeling discouraged or struggling to stay on track.

3. How will my life be different when I achieve this?
This question helps you visualise the impact that achieving your goal will have on your life. It can be helpful to think about both the short-term and long-term benefits of achieving your goal, as well as how it will align with your overall values and priorities.
